Kotler to Speak at Building Wealth Through Re.al Estate Meeting

Upland, CA– “Wealth Through Commercial Real Estate” will be the theme as the Inland Valley/Inland Empire Wealth Through Real Estate Group (IV/IEWREG) convenes its bi-monthly meeting. The event is open to the public and will take place on Monday, January 27, 2020 from 6:00pm – 7:30pm at the Inland Valley News Conference Center; 2009 Porterfield Way, Suite C, Upland, CA 91786. Brendan Kotler, Senior Vice President, Bridge Development Partners will be the special guest speaker.

Kotler is responsible for overseeing all of Bridge Development Partners’ development activities throughout the State of California, including entitlement, design and construction, including the proposed transformation the vacant 50-acre site at the corner of Foothill Boulevard and Central Avenue, adjacent to Cable Airport. Replacing the rock crushing operation currently on-site, Bridge Point Upland will construct a state-of-the-art local delivery warehouse and beautify the property with more than 1,000 new trees and 11 acres of landscaping.

 

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern California in 2008, Kotler received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law and is a member of the California Bar Association and the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s Southern California chapter.
