VCC Closes Out Women’s HerStory Month with Pastor Venita Rodman

Pastor Venita Rodman

Upland, CA — In recognition and celebration of Women’s History “HerStory” Month. Along with the weekly celebration series, there are several other activities scheduled throughout the month of March. Our theme for this year’s month-long celebration is “Kingdom Provision in Uncertain Times: The Faithfulness of God Supplies Every Need.” The theme is inspired by Philippians 4:19, “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus, said First Lady and Co-Pastor Kimberly Morrow. “In this season, fear may be filling the land for many people, but as believers, our trust is in the God whose supply is unlimited and never runs out. Governments may shift, but the Kingdom of God remains unshaken.”

On Sunday, April 6, 2025, VCC will hear an encouraging and energetic word from Pastor Venita Rodman. She will conclude VCC’s annual Women’s HerStory speaker series. Pastor Venita Rodman is a dedicated leader with a diverse background spanning from healthcare and ministry to civic engagement. She is a graduate of St. Anthony’s School of Nursing and pursued Pre-Law studies at the University of Colorado, Denver. Additionally, she holds Small Business Certifications from California Baptist University. Pastor Venita Rodman and her beloved husband, Pastor Philip Rodman, founded Crown 2 Ground Collective. This movement combats food deserts and champions the accessibility of healthy, organic, and sustainable foods for all.

Pastor Venita’s greatest joys are her wonderful husband, Pastor Philip Rodman, her children, Kiana and Ceddy, her beloved mother and family, and her fur baby, Honey Boo Boo. Above all, she considers her highest honor to be a child of God, deeply loved and guided by His grace.
