The City of Upland expands the Light Up The Night Fireworks Spectacular Event!

The annual event is expected to draw over 5,000 attendees!

 

Upland, CA — The City of Upland announces the 4th annual Light Up the Night Fireworks Spectacular taking place this Fourth of July at Cable Airport! Get ready for an evening filled with entertainment, delicious food, and family fun!

 

3:30 p.m.:  Offsite Parking Opens – Ticketholders will receive information on multiple off-site parking locations and free shuttles. No on-site general parking. Limited on-site “Accessible Parking” is available with pre-registration only.

 

4:00 p.m.:  Gates Open – Don’t forget to bring your chairs and blankets to enjoy the festivities comfortably.

 

Activities Begin! There’s loads of fun planned for the little ones as the Kids Zone is expanding! There will be free activities including crafts, face painting, caricature art, and games. Additionally, the event will welcome exciting attractions like the giant slide, Ferris wheel, and spinning tubs.

 

Food & Beverages! Local food vendors will be onsite including gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, hot dogs and hamburgers, bao buns, tacos, and more! For the adults, the Rotary Club-sponsored beer garden is expanding this year to offer more room and a wider variety of craft beers.

 

4:30 p.m.:  Airplane Display – An impressive display of both vintage and modern planes will give attendees an up-close experience unavailable the rest of the year.

 

5:00 p.m.:  Live Entertainment, Contests, and Presentations throughout the evening – Performance by Pop Vision Band: Pop Vision is a SoCal-based band known for its fiery, energetic performances covering songs that span the gamut of Top 40 radio — along with their danceable pop-rock originals!

 

Stage Games & Contests: Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate on stage in between songs for a chance to win exciting prizes.

 

9:00 p.m.:  Fireworks Spectacular – The main event will light up the night sky and provide a stunning finale to a day full of fun and celebration!

 

Presale tickets are $15 each and can be purchased at Upland City Hall, George M. Gibson Senior Center, Magnolia Park Recreation Center, and the Landecena Community Building, or on our website, https://www.uplandca.gov/4th-of-july-festivities leading up to the event. Tickets may also be purchased at the Magnolia Recreation Center on the event date for $20 if not sold out.
