Upland, CA — On Dr. King’s birthday a book signing was held in the new wing of the Upland library.   Yuri Hurtado, Library Director, graciously opened the doors to let three local authors share and sign their books. The highlight of the day was the keynote speaker and author Ray Musser, former Mayor of Upland. His new book, “The Man Behind The Power:  A Book on Faith, Family and Leadership” chronicles his life story along with history of Upland.  Local residents attended along with current Upland Mayor Bill Velto and San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors Curt Hagman. Proceeds from book sales were shared with the Friends of the Library to promote their work in Upland
