The center is adding three new retailers along its neighborhood-style Kew Avenue streetscape, including Mediterranean café Panini Kabob Grill, Brazilian-style acai bowl shop Ubatuba Acai, and personal care brand Vanissa.

Panini Kabob Grill is known for its authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fare, which includes their signature charbroiled kabobs, grilled paninis, refreshing salads, creamy hummus, and homemade desserts.

Here, guests will enjoy Brazilian-style acai bowls topped with assorted fruits, granola, and nuts, as well as a variety of baked goods including Brazilian specialty pao de queijo, a gluten-free cheese bread ball topped with parmesan cheese, empanadas, and chimichurri.
