A portion of the proceeds from this event helped to provide support for The Morrow Pancreatic Health Foundation. Inspired by Inland Valley News Founder and Publisher Emeritus, Tommy Morrow’s nearly fatal bout with severe necrotizing pancreatitis and his ongoing battle with the illness. The Morrow Pancreatic Health Foundation provides prevention, education, and awareness around pancreatic related illnesses to underserved communities and populations that are prone to inadequate healthcare. The organization’s mission is to tell the world, through education and by taking preventive measures that there is hope and help for pancreas related illnesses.
