UPLAND, CA — “Make it Rain: How to Use the Media to Revolutionize Your Business and Brand” was the topic of discussion as Urban Philanthropy Institute kicked off their 2018-2019 Distinguished Speaker Series with Analyst Areva Martin, CNN Analyst, Award-winning Civil Rights Attorney, Advocate, Commentator, Author, TV Host & Producer. The event took place on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the Inland Valley News, in Upland, California.
Martin, who is also the Founder of Special Needs Network, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that uses grassroots organizing and policy advocacy to meet the needs of kids with autism and developmental disabilities in underserved communities, serves as a CNN Analyst and Cohost of the newly debuting CBS talk show, “Face the Truth,” is also author of a book of the same name, “Make it Rain: How to Use the Media to Revolutionize Your Business and Brand.”
